KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim is proceeding with his civil claim against Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed and the Government over allegations of abuse of power against him.
Khalid’s counsel K. Muralidharan said his client intended to proceed with the trial, scheduled from Aug 25 to 28.
