KOTA BARU: Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin has suggested that 30% of the party's candidates for the next general election be below the age of 40.
He said in the last general election in 2013, Umno candidates aged below 40, who won the parliamentary seats contested, made up less than 4% of the total number.
