PETALING JAYA: Sacked Selangor executive councillor Datuk Teng Chang Khim questioned how Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim could have received the Sultan of Selangor's consent in the sacking of five exco members including him.

"In the letter given to us, Khalid said the Sultan had consented to sack us, but later at a press conference, Khalid said he would be seeking an audience with the Sultan," Teng told a press conference on Tuesday.
