KOTA KINABALU: Security forces have detained 81 men since the enforcement of the curfew in six districts in the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (Esszone) on July 19.
“The latest detention was on Aug 7, off Sandakan, involving 22 local men who breached the curfew under Section 31(2) of the Police Act 1967,” said Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Jalaluddin Abdul Rahman in a statement on Tuesday.
