KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is in the process of providing a building for non-governmental organisations and related ministries to carry out activities to help the city's homeless people, said city Mayor Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib.
He said DBKL was in the process of buying a former five-storey hotel with total floor space of 1,860 sq m on Jalan Raja Laut for the purpose.
