JOHOR BARU: Several culprits behind the protest which took place at the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) complex following the toll hike have been identified.
Statements had also been recorded from 40 individuals, said Johor police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff.
