"The state government also deems the offer of RM9.65bil given to the concessionaires as fair and reasonable, without the companies involved incurring losses," he said after the signing of the agreement.
The Federal government was represented by Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili.
