Malaysians celebrate Aidilfitri on Monday

KUALA LUMPUR: Muslims in Malaysia will celebrate Aidilfitri tomorrow, announced the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal Datuk Seri Syed Danial Syed Ahmad.

The announcement was broadcast live by RTM.

"In adherence to the command of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and with the consent of the Rulers, I hereby declare that the date for Hari Raya Puasa (Aidilfitri) for all states in Malaysia has been set for Monday, July 28, 2014," he said.
