Security forces in Sabah on alert during Hari Raya

KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian security forces have taken up position at strategic locations along the Sabah’s east coast to ensure a fear-free Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

All respective security units have been on alert since the July 12 Mabul Water Bungalow Resort attack which resulted in the death of Marine policeman Kpl Ab Rajah Jamuan, 32, and abduction of Kons Zakiah Aleip, 26.
