KUALA LUMPUR: A former sales director of Telekom Malaysia (TM) failed to convince the High Court that a domestic inquiry by the company into his alleged abuse of power was a conspiracy to sack him.
Mohamed Puhad Mohamed Liza, 43, had his claim struck out and has been ordered to pay a total of RM10,000 in costs to the defendants.
