Idris Ahmad touted as Selangor MB compromise candidate

KLANG: A PKR insider said the name of Ijok assemblyman Dr Idris Ahmad is now being mentioned amongst party leaders as a possible candidate to take over from Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.

It said that Idris could emerge as a compromise candidate for those torn between Kajang assemblyman and PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman and party deputy president Azmin Ali.
