MAS retires MH17 call sign

SEPANG: Malaysia Airlines has decided to retire MH17 as the call sign for aircraft on the Amsterdam-Kuala Lumpur route.

According to a statement from MAS, the change will be made this Friday out of respect for the crew and passengers who died last Thursday.
