KUALA LUMPUR: Three assemblymen and four others, all claiming to be members of the Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP), are seeking a court declaration that the party is invalid.
They seek to challenge a decision to revoke the party’s de-registration, made by the Registrar of Societies (RoS) on April 30.
