PETALING JAYA: The Government needs to release more land for affordable housing projects to meet a growing demand from first-time house buyers, said the Master Builders Association of Malaysia.
Association president Matthew Tee said land, especially in the Klang Valley, should be released to not only meet the demand for affordable housing but also to sustain the housing and construction sectors.
