Umno sets up panel to make proposals for Harmony Bill

KUALA LUMPUR: Umno will set up a committee to study and submit suggestions on what to be included in the proposed National Harmony Bills.

“We want to ensure the Bills are in line with the party’s position on the issue of Islam, the Rulers and the Malays,” party president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said after chairing Umno’s supreme council meeting.
