PETALING JAYA: Former New Zealand Treasury secretary John Whitehead has been announced to head an inquiry into the diplomatic waiver of Malaysian High Commission staff Muhammad Rizalman Ismail who is accused of burglary and attempted rape in Wellington.
Foreign Minister Murray McCully, who has upgraded the inquiry to a Ministerial Inquiry, released the terms of reference Friday morning, reports The New Zealand Herald.
