KUALA LUMPUR: A general manager and three directors of a gold investment company were charged in a Sessions Court here with accepting deposit from the public without a licence between 2011 and 2012.
Mohammad Nixon Makmor, 44, in his capacity as an officer of Pageantry Gold Sdn Bhd, is accused of accepting the deposit without a licence under Section 6(4) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (Act 372).
