PUTRAJAYA: The Home Minister's power in matters of national security is not entirely subjective, Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Justice Richard Malanjum said.
In his dissenting judgment for the Herald's case, Justice Malanjum said although the Home Minister was the better judge of security considerations, it did not exclude the power of the Courts to determine whether national security was indeed involved.
