KUALA LUMPUR: There was laughter and shrills of delight as 40 children from the Nur Qaseh shelter home for underprivileged children and orphans browsed through Wisma Jakel here to chose their baju raya for the upcoming Aidilfitri festival.

The shopping spree yesterday was organised by the Special Secretariat for Empower­ment of Indian Entrepreneurs (SEED) under the Prime Minister’s Department as part of its corporate social responsibility programme.
