KUALA LUMPUR: Soup kitchens and other organisations giving food to the homeless and poor say they will not stop their feeding programmes in the city centre.
A group named Dapur Jalanan Kuala Lumpur said the authorities have no right to determine the distance or the area which is allowed for the public and charity organisations to offer help.
