KOTA BARU: Police are in the process of taking statements from family members of a mentally disadvantaged (OKU) woman found confined in a small room in a house in Tumpat on Friday, to assist in investigations.
"We will also obtain statements from other relatives. The disabled woman is among seven siblings," Kelantan police chief Datuk Mazlan Lazim told reporters after the handing over of duties of the Kelantan police chief here Sunday.
