Placement of Chinese language teachers based on urgent needs, says Education Ministry

KUALA LUMPUR: The placement exercise by the Education Ministry involving Chinese language teachers was based on the urgent need in national schools.

According to a statement from the office of the Education director-general Friday, the placement was also carried out to avoid further delay in the execution of Chinese language programmes which had taken a setback since March this year.
