KUALA LUMPUR: A part-time employee was fined RM700, in default a month’s jail, by the Magistrate’s Court here Friday for possession of an offensive weapon, in the form of a penknife, in public.
Magistrate Nur Azura Murah handed down the sentence on Mohamad Suhaimi, 54, who pleaded guilty to the charge.
