SUNGAI PETANI: The decomposed body of a man was found with hands tied and head covered with a white sack at the Tupah Recreational Forest in Merbok near here, Thursday.
Kuala Muda OCPD Asst Comm Khalil Ariffin said police received a public tip-off at about 6.30pm, Thursday of the gruesome find.
