KUALA LUMPUR: MCA will help the low-income group move along with the country in its aim to become a high-income nation, says its president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

He promised that the party leadership would ensure the poorer community would benefit from the Government Transformation Prog­ramme, initiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
