KUALA LUMPUR: The Land Public Transport Commission has failed to collect RM868,798 in compounds issued to commercial vehicle operators as of Oct 31, last year, according to the second series of the Auditor-General’s Report 2013.
The report said SPAD received its income from enforcement activities via compound payments from offences amounting to RM448,855 in 2012 and RM185mil as at Oct 31, last year.
