PETALING JAYA: The Broadcasting Department took on 413 out of 426 TV programmes worth RM111.3mil without formal contracts, the second series of the Auditor-General’s report revealed.
Under conditions imposed by the Treasury, a formal contract must be made for any procurement worth more than RM50,000 to ensure the interest of the Government is protected.
