BUKIT MERTAJAM: Penang Umno is questioning why Seri Delima State Assemblyman RSN Rayer needs to wait six months until the next state assembly sitting before he apologises for remarks he made regarding the party last month.
"Why does he need to wait six months (until the next state assembly sitting) to apologise? If he is honest and sincere, the apology can be made anytime, anywhere," said Penang Umno Liaision Committee chairman Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman.
