IPOH: About 15,000 participants of the Ipoh Starwalk 2014 observed a minute of silence to pay tribute to the late Sultan of Perak Sultan Azlan Shah at the Stadium Indera Mulia.
Prior to the flagging off by Perak Sports Committee chairman Datuk Shahrul Zaman Yahya at 7am on Sunday, participants bow their heads as they pay homage to the late Sultan.
