Muhyiddin, who is also Education Minister, said the case study instrument assessment for history and geography will be from the July 1 to July 18 period while the oral test assessment (listening and speech) for English and Bahasa Melayu will take place between Aug 6 and 29.
The written tests for Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Science, Islamic Education, Living Skills, Arabic, Chinese, Tamil, Iban and Kadazandusun language subjects will be from Oct 12 to 17, he added.
Muhyiddin said schools could choose a date within the time frame as to when the tests would occur.
