KUALA LUMPUR: The court-martial of Royal Malaysian Air Force's Major Zaidi Ahmad, who had made media statements regarding the indelible ink used during GE13, will proceed on Wednesday despite objections raised by his defence over amendments made to five charges.
Dismissing the application for the stay of proceedings, the presiding officer in the six-man panel, Colonel Saadon Hasnan said; "The court has deliberated and in the interests of justice for all parties, the Armed Forces and the accused, the proceedings will continue."
