Adenan pledges to prevent extremism in Sarawak on 100-day milestone

KUCHING: Tan Sri Adenan Satem said it was his “responsibility” to keep extremism out of Sarawak.

“In Sarawak, we have lived harmoniously all this many years. May 13 never happened here. May 13 is like a distant thunder on the other side of the hill to Sarawakians. We’ll keep things like that,” he said yesterday, ahead of his 100th day in office on Sunday.
