SHAH ALAM: The High Court here upheld the acquittal of 21 people, including Opposition MPs, accused of taking part in an illegal gathering by having a candlelight vigil on the first anniversary of Bersih.
Judicial Commissioner Choong Siew Kim dismissed the Attorney-General’s Chambers' appeal, ruling that the application was baseless.
