KUALA LUMPUR: Proposals on the toll rate restructure is to be submitted to the National Economic Action Council (NEAC) soon, Works Minister Datuk Fadillah Yusof said.
He said this followed discussions with all highway concessionaires, who submitted their counter-proposals to the ministry.
