SHAH ALAM: The home of your dreams can become a reality with Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s new developments.
With a booth bordering the entire back wall of the Star Property Fair 2014, it was a popular spot among visitors yesterday.
“Our brand name attracts people to come over. We offer irresistible packages,” said its deputy general manager Andrea Yee.
Accessibility and space were the two core values at Tropicana, said Yee, adding that this had led to a stronger focus on landed property at this time.
“Tropicana Heights and Tropicana Aman are two new developments that embody accessibility and space,” she said.
Tropicana Heights, located in Kajang, features a residential and commercial area, 16 acres of parks, recreation hub and a school all over 199 acres.
Tropicana Gardens, another property located in Kota Damansara, is walking distance from the Dataran Sunway MRT station currently under construction and will feature a mall in the apartment.
“Our commitment is to build homes for people, not just a house.
“We provide our residents with lots of lifestyle activities,” Yee said.
