TELUK INTAN: The Election Commission (EC) expects at least 70% voter turnout for the Teluk Intan by-election.
"I hope more people will come out to vote, unlike the 56% turnout at Bukit Gelugor," EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said in a press conference here Saturday.
