KUALA LUMPUR: A body of a girl of about two-years-old was found beheaded beside Sungai Klang in Jalan Hishammuddin on Thursday night.
Police have identified a suspect who is believed to a foreigner with dark complexion.
Police said that someone saw the man taking the child away from a shopping complex near Pudu Sentral.
It is learnt that the child's mother had brought the girl to the shopping complex.
