TELUK INTAN: The implementation of PAS’ hudud is unfair in a multi-ethnic and multi-religious nation, said MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Dr Wee said it was also unfair to women. For instance, he said, four adult Muslims must come forward as witnesses in a rape case in order to prosecute the rapist or rapists.
