Teluk Intan by-election: My membership of Umno and Perkasa won’t affect Dyana’s chances, says mum

TELUK INTAN: The mother of DAP’s Teluk Intan parliamentary by-election candidate Dyana Sofya Mohd Daud has stated that her membership of Umno and Perkasa would not affect her daughter’s chances in the upcoming polls.

“I am an Umno member and also a Perkasa member. What about it? (Dyana) is not part of the group and I am not the one contesting,” said Yammy Samat when met at a Pakatan Rakyat ceramah at the Anson Industrial Park, Monday night.
