GEORGE TOWN: Penang DAP has lodged an official report against Parti Cinta Malaysia candidate for the Bukit Gelugor by-election Huan Cheng Guan for campaigning at the SJK(C) Kong Ming polling station.
Tanjong MP Ng Wei Aik said on Sunday that Huan was seen campaigning in channels one, two, and three of the school.
