A FORMER convict, who turned over a new leaf, has made it a point to hire people like him in his four restaurants as a way to help them get a new lease on life.
China Press reported Benny Se Teo, 53, the founder and director of Eighteen Chefs in Singapore, as saying he knew how tough it was for those with a criminal record to find a job.
