GEORGE TOWN: Parti Cinta Malaysia (PCM) vice-president Datuk Huan Cheng Guan claimed Friday that his manifesto has been duplicated by DAP candidate for the Bukit Gelugor by-election Ramkarpal Singh Deo.
He said out of the six key points identified by DAP, five were in the PCM manifesto themed, “Bersama kita majukan Pulau Pinang ke hadapan” (Together we move forward with Penang) which was announced on Wednesday.
