GEORGE TOWN: A Bukit Gelugor by-election candidate is considering taking legal action against a DAP assemblyman over his allegation that the former has never helped Chinese primary schools when he was an elected representative.
Parti Cinta Malaysia vice-president Datuk Huan Cheng Guan (pic) said on Wednesday that he has given Air Itam assemblyman Wong Hon Wai until Saturday to apologise over the matter.
