KOTA KINABALU: The five-man panel to the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) has completed its report on illegal immigrants in Sabah in early January.
The five have submitted the report to the King and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. RCI chairman Tan Sri Steve Shim said it was up to Najib to take the necessary action.
