KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor state government's decision not to renew Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd's raw water license was irrational and in bad faith, the High Court here heard.
Puncak Niaga's counsel Gopal Sreenevasan submitted that the Selangor government had been trying to take over water concessionaires, since 2008, not as a matter of public policy but for political reasons.
