Kind act: Muhammad Aliff Fitri spoon feeding Pak Atam at the restaurant in Plaza Angsana, Johor Baru.
JOHOR BARU: A part-time waiter who spoon-fed a physically handicapped man at the restaurant where he works has created an online buzz.
Muhammad Aliff Fitri Radzuan, 19, is baffled by all the attention he is receiving from friends, relatives and strangers after pictures of him feeding the elderly customer whom he calls Pak Atam went viral on Facebook.
The pictures of him in his Ayam Penyet uniform spoon-feeding the disabled man on Wednesday were even shared by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s Facebook page.
They have attracted thousands of positive comments.
The UiTM student, who is working part time at the restaurant in Plaza Angsana near here, said he had spoon-fed Pak Atam many times before as the elderly man would choke on his food if he was left to eat on his own.
