JOHOR BARU: An Indian national tourist was fined RM4,000 by the Sessions Court here on Sunday for offering a RM92 bribe to a police officer earlier this month.
Judge Mohamad Haldar Abdul Aziz sentenced Khosa Lakhwinder Singh, 23, after he pleaded guilty to offering the money to L/Kpl Mohd Shamsul Baari Hasris from the Kulaijaya police head quarters.
