PETALING JAYA: PKR has blamed outsiders and new party members for the violence and fracas that occurred during party polls recently, which forced voting for some of 10 divisions in Selangor to be postponed indefinitely.
PKR de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said there were elements of gangsterism by "non-members" based on video and photo evidence made available to them.
