Snatch-theft duo nabbed by passers-by

KOTA KINABALU: Two men who snatched the handbag of a college student had the tables turned on them when they were caught by passers-by.

The men in their 20s grabbed the handbag of the 19-year-old as she was walking home at about 3.30pm on Wednesday in the Kingfisher area.
