GEORGE TOWN: Barisan Nasional should hand over the mandate to PAS in Terengganu to form the state government, DAP advisor Lim Kit Siang said Tuesday.
He said Seberang Takir assemblyman Datuk Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman, 49, who only Monday took his oath of office as Terengganu Mentri Besar, had lost his majority Tuesday.
